ChairmanMahmoud Elghannam

is a distinguished graduate of the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), where he earned both his undergraduate and master’s degrees with first-class honours and distinction.

With several years of professional experience in investment banking, consulting, and business and real estate valuations, he has worked across key financial hubs including London and the Gulf region.

In addition to his corporate background, Mahmoud is a seasoned entrepreneur who has successfully built and scaled e-commerce ventures to six-figure revenues. His expertise spans strategic planning, digital marketing, and operational execution across diverse industries.Driven by a strong commitment to social impact, Mahmoud has also led high-impact fundraising initiatives, collectively raising over £10 million in charitable donations for global causes.

Muhsin works as Senior Advisor on Anti-Islamophobia at the City of Brampton, where he develops strategies and campaigns to tackle Islamophobia in the community.

Before this, Muhsin led Naseeha Mental Health as Executive Director for over five years, building the organisation’s reach and impact in mental health services. He’s also an entrepreneur who founded and ran KISAA, a construction project management company, for eight years. With a background that spans mental health advocacy, municipal equity work, and business leadership, Muhsin brings experience in grassroots organising, fundraising, and building initiatives that matter to communities.

Uzair is a law graduate (LLB with Hons) from King’s College London and Dickson Poon School of Law. Throughout his career, he has taken on senior leadership roles at organisations like Shamaazi and Givematch, where he helped raise over $60 million for charitable partners. He currently works as a Business Consultant.

An avid supporter of charitable causes, Uzair has traveled to Lebanon to provide relief following the Beirut explosion and has led mental health workshops across London. He actively supports small charities throughout the UK and has taken on personal fundraising challenges including a charity skydive and a 10-day water fast for the Starving For Sudan campaign
